A Need to Know the Father’s Kind of Love

哈咯 (Hello)!

I hope all is well in the States, because this place is still fantastic! I am continuing to learn about the many cultures and foods, but most importantly, the brokenness that permeates the hearts of my friends.

 Group

Each new friend I make, I see them struggling to please their parents in their grades and in their actions, but they never express their love for their parents verbally. Many of them don't tell their parents they love them, or even hug them more than twice a year. It makes it difficult for them to fathom how much our Father can love them. Our friends here are eager to learn, and it is so encouraging to see them engaging in conversations about the Father.

 Group of friends

Continue thinking about them as they ask more questions and are curious about the Good News. Also, continue to think about my team and me as we close out our last two weeks here!

Each of you eat a warm chocolate chip cookie for me!

(Bye)!
