Love Endures

Over the past few weeks, we have been able to spend time with many different people. Whether it's through passing out church cards or sitting down for coffee, the relationships formed with strangers and friends have been so awesome to see unfold.

Perhaps the best part of these relationships is seeing how love is exemplified by each person. Love here is shown in unique ways…

Table with children

It's shown in the families of the church, how they bind together to spread the Gospel through their community. It's shown in the laughs and deep discussions over coffee while planning college Bible studies. It's shown through a crazy game of Uno with youth, as teenagers come together for a time to be around other believers. It's shown at a trip to Chick-Fil-A... or a few trips to Chick-Fil-A!

It's shown through children who have served their church through music, greeting, hospitality, and many other ways. It's shown through laughing at every bump that our truck goes over. It's shown through times of prayer at young adult groups, where any and every concern is lifted up to the Father through community. It's shown through discussing interesting facts about our lives over fajitas and root beer floats. It's shown in the campus ministers who love their students and want to see growth in the students' walks with Christ more than anything. It's shown through the laughs of little kids that steal your heart instantly. It's shown through a lake trip and cheering each other on to get into the cold water. It's shown through people of peace that we encounter through inviting them to church and conversations about the area.

Even in an area of the country typically known for rigid and cold people, genuine and true love still endures because Christ cannot be beaten. God is working in New England!

Prayer Requests:

  • For the college campuses in the city of Worcester. There are nine different ones, so please pray for the Christian students and ministers to be able to reach the students and staff.
  • For the people of The Church on Seven Hills to have even more opportunities to grow and reach out to the community.
  • For the youth camp and kid camp we will be helping with. Please pray that the youth and kids would be open to grow in their faith, and pray for the ones who have not chosen to follow Christ yet.
